Scott Edward Bullock (born October 26, 1963) is an American priest of the Catholic Church who serves as bishop for the Diocese of Rapid City.
He pursued pre-theology studies at St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota and entered the seminary as a candidate for the Archdiocese of Dubuque.
After four years of study at the Pontifical North American College in Rome where he earned a degree in sacred theology, Bullock was ordained to the priesthood on June 22, 1991.
He also holds a master's degree in English from Southern New Hampshire University, completed in 2015.
Pope Francis appointed Bullock bishop for the Diocese of Rapid City on June 25, 2024.
