Scott F. McAfee

Scott F. McAfee (born 1988 or 1989) is an American judge serving on the Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia since 2023.

In August 2023, McAfee garnered national attention when he was assigned to preside over the Fulton County district attorney's criminal racketeering case against Donald Trump.

[8] He joined the office of the district attorney in Fulton County in April 2015, initially working on the early stages of criminal cases.

[1] He worked in the criminal division where he investigated and prosecuted drug trafficking organizations, fraud, and illegal firearms possession.
