Scott Mathie (born 1 February 1983 in Durban, South Africa) is a rugby union current coach and former player.
He is the current head coach of the New England Free Jacks in Major League Rugby (MLR).

He was appointed as head coach of the New England Free Jacks[5] for the 2022 season on 9 September 2021. in his 3 seasons as head coach of the New England Free Jacks.
he went 38-10 in the regular season 5-1 in the MLR playoffs 2-1 in eastern conference championship 2-0 in the MLR championship he was also coach of the year in 2022 and 2024 On 16 August 2024 he was appointed Attack and Backs Coach at Edinburgh Rugby New England free jacks
