Scotts Mills is a city in Marion County, Oregon, United States.
It is 2 miles (3 km) south of Marquam and Oregon Route 213, between Silverton and Molalla.

The racial makeup of the city was 97.5% White, 0.3% Native American, 1.4% Asian, and 0.8% from two or more races.
In 2023, an additional 6 plus acres were acquired through combined purchase and donation to expand the park by longtime residents Terry and Patty Caster.
