Sea of No Cares is the fifth studio album by Great Big Sea, released on February 19, 2002, in Canada and on February 26 in the United States.

The album is platinum certified (100,000 copies sold is platinum status in Canada), and won five East Coast Music Awards for the band (Album of the Year, Group of the Year, Entertainer of the Year, Video of the Year and Pop Artist of the Year).
