Seada Palavrić

Seada Palavrić (born 10 November 1954 in Tuzla) is a Bosnian lawyer, politician and judge, member of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

She was Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and from 2001, she was vice president of the Bosniak Party of Democratic Action (SDA).

[2][4] On 6 December 2005 she was appointed by the Federation entity parliament as judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

[3] Palavrić was a member of the expert team involved in the Dobrinja Arbitration in accordance with the Decision of the High Representative, and a member of the High Representative’s Commission for Amendments to the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, established after the adoption of the Constitutional Court’s decision on the constituent peoples.

She has published numerous professional articles in Pravni savjetnik, issued by the Civil Society Promotion Centre.
