Over the same time period, the amount of recreational space in the municipality increased by 5 ha (12 acres) and is now about 0.65% of the total area.

[17] In 2015 the average cantonal, municipal and church tax rate in the municipality for a couple with two children making SFr 80,000 was 5.1% while the rate for a single person making SFr 150,000 was 11%, both of which are much lower than the average for the canton.

[18] In the 2019 Swiss federal election the most popular party was the CVP with 47.7% of the vote.

In the federal election, a total of 674 votes were cast, and the voter turnout was 51.5%.
