Liu Jingluo (Chinese: 劉婧犖; pinyin: Liú Jìngluò; born November 25, 1985), known professionally as Seira Ryū (劉セイラ, Ryū Seira), is a Chinese voice actress based in Japan.
[1] Born in Beijing, she longed to become a voice actor from a young age.
In high school she participated in the creation of doujin games, original drama CD, etc.
During her time at BFSU, she was an exchange student in Japan, studying at Aichi Bunkyo University[3] for ten months.
After graduation she studied again at the Nippon Engineering College (NEEC) for two years.
