Serap Özçelik Arapoğlu (born 18 February 1988) is a Turkish karateka, who competes in the kumite 50–53 kg divisions.

Özçelik works as a teacher of physical education in Yaşar Doğu Primary School in Kağıthane, Istanbul.

[4] At the 2013 World Games held in Cali, Colombia, she won the gold medal in the women's kumite 50 kg event.

[7] She lost her bronze medal match in the women's 50 kg event at the 2022 Mediterranean Games held in Oran, Algeria.

[8] She won the silver medal in the women's 50 kg event at the 2023 European Karate Championships held in Guadalajara, Spain.
