"Setsu Getsu Ka" was written by Miyuki Nakajima and arranged by Ichizō Seo.

Lyrically, Nakajima writes about a protagonist's frustrations with a lover unwilling to be vulnerable with her, imploring her subject to "set her free from the loneliness".
