Shafi (Persian: شفيع)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Bahar Rural District of Abkuh District, Quchan County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

[4] At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,268 in 304 households, when it was in Dughayi Rural District of the Central District.

[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,537 people in 439 households.
