Shahrak-e Vali-ye Asr (Persian: شهرك ولي عصر)[a] is a village in Bandar-e Emam Khomeyni Rural District of Bandar-e Emam Khomeyni District, Bandar Mahshahr County, Khuzestan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 862 in 179 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
