The Shanghai University of Electric Power (SHIEP; Chinese: 上海电力大学; pinyin: Shànghǎi Diànlì Xuéyuàn) is a municipal public university in Shanghai, China.

It is affiliated with the City of Shanghai, and sponsored by the municipal government.
