Shawn Joseph Heins (born December 24, 1973) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman.

He played in the National Hockey League for the San Jose Sharks, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Atlanta Thrashers.

On several occasions, Heins has been a member of Team Canada at the Spengler Cup.
