Sherry Calvert

Sherry Lynn Calvert (born June 6, 1951, in Los Angeles, California) is a retired female javelin thrower from the United States, who represented her native country twice at the Summer Olympics: 1972 and 1976.

She set her personal best (63.38 metres) in 1978.

Calvert won the javelin at the 1970 DGWS Outdoor Track and Field Championships representing the USC Trojans track and field team.
