Shiloh is a census-designated place (CDP) in West Manchester Township, York County, Pennsylvania, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 4.2 square miles (10.9 km2), all land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 10,192 people, 4,143 households, and 2,796 families living in the CDP.
