Shuimogou District or Bulaqtagh District (Chinese: 水磨沟区; pinyin: Shuǐmógōu Qū; Uyghur: بۇلاقتاغ رايونى, romanized: Bulaqtagh Rayoni) is one of 7 urban districts of the prefecture-level city of Ürümqi, the capital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Northwest China.

It contains an area of 91 km2 (35 sq mi).

According to the 2002 census, it has a population of 150,000.

Shuimogou District contains 14 subdistricts: Qingquan Temple is a Buddhist temple in the district.
