Shyambazar is a village in the Goghat II CD block in the Arambagh subdivision of Hooghly district in the Indian state of West Bengal.
Shyambazar is located at 22°53′28″N 87°34′01″E / 22.891122°N 87.566972°E / 22.891122; 87.566972 The Dwarakeswar River divides the Arambagh subdivision, presented in the map alongside, into two physiographic parts.
The western part is upland and rocky – it is extension of the terrain of neighbouring Bankura district.

As per the 2011 Census of India, Shyambazar had a total population of 6,293 of which 3,214 (51%) were males and 3,079 (49%) were females.
