Siamak Yassemi (Persian: سیامک یاسمی) is an Iranian mathematician and is currently the Dean of Faculty of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science, University of Tehran, Iran.
In 2015 he started to act as the head of the school of Mathematics, statistics and computer sciences at the University of Tehran.
[4] In 2019 he was named Chevalier of the Ordre des Palmes Académiques for distinguished effort on extended multi-dimensional cooperation, including scientific research projects (Jundi-Shapur), student-and professor- exchanges, and several schools and conferences.
He was an associate member of the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (Trieste-Italy) for eight years (1996–2004).
