Sierzchów [ˈɕɛʂxuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Opatówek, within Kalisz County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.

[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Opatówek, 15 km (9 mi) east of Kalisz, and 117 km (73 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.

According to data from April 21, 2004, the village had 473 inhabitants.

From 1975 to 1998, the locality was situated in the Kalisz Voivodeship.
