Sila Puafisi (born 15 April 1988) is a Tongan international rugby union player.

It was announced on 27 August 2015 that the prop had signed for Pro12 champions Glasgow Warriors on a one-year deal.

[5] On 3 January 2017, Puafisi signs for French club CA Brive in the Top 14 from the 2017–18 season.

[1] In 2021 season he was back playing for the Karaka Rugby club in the Counties Manukau region of New Zealand.

He made his international debut for Tonga in the 2011 IRB Pacific Nations Cup against Japan, losing at 28–27.
