Silver Ridge is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Berkeley Township, in Ocean County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.
[4][13] The 2010 United States census counted 1,133 people, 749 households, and 309 families in the CDP.
Of all households, 54.9% were made up of individuals and 43.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
[12] As of the 2000 United States Census[5] there were 1,211 people, 770 households, and 372 families living in the CDP.
48.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 41.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
None of the families and 3.9% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 5.5% of those over 64.
