Sinyavka (Russian: Синявка) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Sinyavskoye Rural Settlement, Talovsky District, Voronezh Oblast, Russia.

In the 19th century the village was part of Sinyavskaya volost, Novokhopyorsky Uyezd, Voronezh Governorate.
