Sir Frank Green, 1st Baronet

Sir Frank Green, 1st Baronet (28 November 1835 – 3 December 1902) was a British businessman who was the 572nd Lord Mayor of London.

He founded and was later senior partner in the London firm Messrs. Green and Company, paper merchants, located in Upper Thames Street.

His term of office was a very busy one, as it coincided with the death and state funeral of Queen Victoria, followed by the accession and coronation of her successor King Edward VII.

[3] He was subsequently created a Baronet, of Belsize Park Gardens, in the Metropolitan Borough of Hampstead, in the County of London, on 15 December 1901.

[2] He died after a brief illness at his residence in Belsize Park Gardens, London, on 3 December 1902 and was buried on the western side of Highgate Cemetery.
