Sir Matt Busby Way

Sir Matt Busby Way is a road in Old Trafford, Greater Manchester, England.

Formerly known as Warwick Road North, it was renamed in 1993 in honour of Sir Matt Busby, who managed Manchester United in two spells between 1945 and 1971.

In June 2011, Manchester United and Trafford Council began the process of permanently pedestrianising Sir Matt Busby Way.

[2][3] Previously, it was completely open to traffic, except for short periods during events at the Old Trafford stadium.
