Sitaniec [ɕiˈtaɲɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zamość, within Zamość County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.

It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north of Zamość and 73 km (45 mi) south-east of the regional capital Lublin.
