Skhidnytsia settlement territorial hromada (Ukrainian: Східницька селищна територіальна громада, romanized: Skhidnytska selyshchna terytorialna hromada) is one of the hromadas of Ukraine, located in Drohobych Raion within the country's western Lviv Oblast.

Its administrative centre is the urban-type settlement of Skhidnytsia.
