Skyland İstanbul

Skyland İstanbul is a prominent mixed-use skyscraper building complex located in the Huzur neighborhood of the Sarıyer district in Istanbul, Turkey.

Initiated in 2012, the Skyland İstanbul project, with a substantial investment of US$700 million, showcases 830 luxurious residences, 504 state-of-the-art office spaces, and a five-star international hotel encompassing 300 rooms and a grand conference hall with a 550-seat capacity.

The conceptualization of Skyland İstanbul can be traced back to the late 2000s, when Istanbul's growing influence as an international business and tourism hub necessitated the development of state-of-the-art architectural marvels.

Conceived as a symbol of modernity and progress, the project saw its groundbreaking in 2012 following collaboration with international architectural firms.

Its construction generated thousands of jobs and, post-completion, it has become a hub for international conferences and summits, further bolstering Istanbul's status as a global city.

The grandeur of Skyland Istanbul towers as seen from the adjacent Nef Stadium , the home ground of the famed Galatasaray S.K.
