Solnechny (Russian: Солнечный) is a rural locality (a settlement) in Zabuzansky Selsoviet, Krasnoyarsky District, Astrakhan Oblast, Russia.

It is located on the Buzan River, 9 km southwest of Krasny Yar (the district's administrative centre) by road.
