Solnechny (Russian: Со́лнечный) is a closed urban locality (an urban-type settlement) in Tver Oblast, Russia, located on Gorodomlya Island on Lake Seliger.

Population: 2,242 (2010 Census);[2] 2,108 (2002 Census).
