Solveig Pedersen (born 6 September 1965) is a Norwegian former cross-country skier who competed in the 1980s and 1990s.

Pedersen also won a bronze in the 4 × 5 km relay at the 1991 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships and finished fourth in the 15 km event at those same games.
