Solway is a city in Beltrami County, Minnesota, United States.

It is 13 miles west of Bemidji, along U.S. Highway 2 and Beltrami County Road 5.

There were 15.8% of families and 29.4% of the population living below the poverty line, including 55.0% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
