The song reached number seven on both the US Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard Modern Rock Tracks charts (giving Sugar Ray their last top-10 single on both listings), number four on Canada's RPM 100 Hit Tracks chart, and number 25 in New Zealand.

The music video for the song is in black-and-white and is slowed down.
