Sphumelele Shamase (born 16 January 2002) is a South African soccer player who plays as a winger for A Lyga side FC Gintra and the South Africa women's national team.
In 2023, she was the top scorer in the 2023 Hollywoodbets Super League finishing with 22 goals.

[9] In 2023, she was part of the team that were selected for the 2023 COSAFA Women's Championship where they existed in the group stages and was also added to the senior national team for the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of nations qualifier against Burkina Faso.
