Spihumonesty is an album by Muhal Richard Abrams, released on the Italian Black Saint label in 1979.

It features performances by Abrams, George Lewis, Roscoe Mitchell, Amina Claudine Myers, Youseff Yancy, Leonard Jones, and Jay Clayton.
