[4] It is part of the Jacksonville, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.

There were 2,567 housing units at an average density of 746.7 per square mile (288.3/km2).

The racial makeup of the CDP was 95.25% White, 2.03% African American, 0.16% Native American, 1.12% Asian, 0.08% Pacific Islander, 0.59% from other races, and 0.77% from two or more races.
