The St Clems Trail is a shared use path for cyclists and pedestrians in the outer eastern suburb of Doncaster East in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
[1] The path branches from the Koonung Creek Trail at its southern end.
A short section of riding or walking along Grevillea Road is required to reconnect to the path on the north side.
The path continues north through a dog off-leash area and a branch path connecting west to St Clems Road.
The Trial continues through St Clems Reserve to Tunstall Road and its terminus.
