Stadio Partenopeo

It was used mostly for football matches, and it was also the home ground of S.S.C.

[1] The stadium was destroyed by bombardments in 1942 during the Second World War.

[2][3] The stadium was named after Giorgio Ascarelli [it],[4] an Italian sports executive and businessman in textile industry, however it was renamed Stadio Partenopeo in 1934 by the fascist regime.

[3] The stadium was used for two matches during the 1934 FIFA World Cup.
