Stanisław Karczewski (born 14 November 1955) is a Polish politician and surgeon.

He was employed from 1981 at the district hospital in the town of New City Pilica.

[1] Between 1998 and 2002 he worked in the Grójec County local administration, and from 2002 to 2005 he served as a councilor of the regional council of Mazovia.

[4] He served as the Marshal by a whole term of office, until 12 November 2019, when he was succeeded by Tomasz Grodzki.

He stepped down as Deputy Marshall and was replaced by Marek Pęk on 13 May 2020.
