Stará Ves (German: Altendorf) is a municipality and village in Bruntál District in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic.

It has about 500 inhabitants.

Stará Ves consists of two municipal parts (in brackets population according to the 2021 census):[2] The first written mention of Stará Ves is from 1561.
