Starokostiantyniv (Ukrainian: Старокостянтинів, IPA: [ˌstɐrokostʲɐnˈtɪniu̯] ⓘ; Polish: Starokonstantynów, or Konstantynów; Yiddish: אלט-קאָנסטאַנטין, romanized: Alt Konstantin) is a city in Khmelnytskyi Raion, Khmelnytskyi Oblast (province) of western Ukraine.

The 1st Infantry Regiment of the Polish Crown Army was stationed in the town in 1791 before it was relocated to Kalisz.

The Jewish community was murdered in mass executions perpetrated from August 1941 until November 1942.

In the postwar period, the city grew significantly due to the development of industry (mechanical engineering and metalworking, food processing, etc.)
