Stary Żmigród [ˈstarɨ ˈʐmiɡrut] (until 1968 Żmigród Stary) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowy Żmigród, within Jasło County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland.

It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) east of Nowy Żmigród, 18 km (11 mi) south-east of Jasło, and 58 km (36 mi) south-west of the regional capital Rzeszów.
