Stavros Pilios (Greek: Σταύρος Πήλιος; born 10 December 2000) is a Greek professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Super League club AEK Athens.
[1] Pilios was part of PAS Giannina youth system before he signed a professional contract in January 2019.
[2] He made his professional debut against Enosis Aspropyrgos in the Greek Cup on 2 October 2019.
[5] On 23 June 2023, AEK Athens officially announced the signing of Pilios on a four-year contract.
