On 13 January 2023, Baseya made his senior debut for Nancy in a 1–1 draw against Le Puy in the Championnat National.
[1] At the end of the season, he left the club after deciding not to sign a professional contract.
[3][4] On 6 January 2024, he made his debut for the club in a 4–0 win over Avoine in the Coupe de France round of 64.
[6] On 15 August 2024, Baseya joined Championnat National club Villefranche on loan until the end of the season.
