Stojčín is a municipality and village in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

Stojčín lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) south of Pelhřimov, 33 km (21 mi) south-west of Jihlava, and 111 km (69 mi) south-east of Prague.

The railway line from Brno to Plzeň goes through Stojčín.

The local station is called Počátky-Žirovnice.
