Sun Herong (Chinese: 孙和荣; born July 1957) is a lieutenant general of China's People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF).

[1] Sun was deputy chief of staff of Shenyang Military Region Air Force (2003–2006) and commander of the Dalian Forward Headquarters (2007).

[2] In June 2007 he was transferred to the Nanjing Military Region Air Force as deputy chief of staff.
