Swainsona viridis

Swainsona viridis, commonly known as creeping Darling pea,[2] is a species of flowering plant in the family Fabaceae and is endemic to an area near the border between New South Wales and South Australia.

It is a prostrate perennial plant with imparipinnate leaves with 5 to 13 narrowly egg-shaped leaflets with the narrower end towards the base, and racemes of 5 to 10 purple flowers.

[2][3][4] Swainsona viridis was first formally described in 1924 by John McConnell Black in the Flora of South Australia from specimens collected near Yunta.

[2][3][4] Swainsona reticulata is listed as "endangered" in New South Wales, under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016.
