Swan 82

The Swan 82 is a Finnish sailboat that was designed by Germán Frers as a blue water cruiser-racer and first built in 2002.

[1][2][3][7][8] The Swan 82 is a recreational keelboat, built predominantly of glassfibre, with wood trim.

It has a masthead sloop rig, a raked stem, a reverse transom, an internally mounted spade-type rudder controlled by dual wheels and a fixed fin keel with weighted bulb.

The galley is U-shaped and is equipped with a three-burner stove, an ice box and a double sink.

[1][2][3] For sailing downwind the design may be equipped with an asymmetrical spinnaker of 5,631 sq ft (523.1 m2).
