Szałot (Polish pronunciation: [ˈʂawɔt]; Silesian: Pofyrtany) is a Silesian potato salad.
It can be made with diced, boiled potatoes, carrots, peas, ham, various sausages, fish, boiled eggs, and bonded with olive oil or mayonnaise.
