Třesov is a municipality and village in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The highest point is at 468 m (1,535 ft) above sea level.
The southern municipal border is formed by the Dalešice Reservoir.

The main landmark and the only protected cultural monument in Třesov is the Chapel of Saint John of Nepomuk with a belfry, located in the centre of the village.
